The e*star Market Adapter is a fully managed data center that connects markets and backend systems, receiving and distributing trade and market data over various channels - to supply systems of any size - from a simple Excel Sheet to a full-blown position management or ETRM system.
It is a single source of truth for reporting, trade capture, and data analytic purposes. The Market Adapter provides connectivity to various markets and venues, such as EEX, EPEX Spot and Brokers. It can be connected to almost every exchange and broker system, and it works as a stand-alone component.
The Market Adapter can mitigate risk in the context of increasing volatility and is cloud-based, making it easy to add to the e*star Internal Market, e*star Energy Trader and the Algorithmic Trading Solution.
